What is the project?
Bellevue Utilities is pursuing a project to improve the stormwater system along Factoria Blvd to reduce the risks of street flooding during heavy storm events.
Construction will be located along Factoria Blvd between SE 38th Street and SE 36th Street (see map at right). The project is currently in planning phase, with construction projected to start in Spring 2022.
