Great Neighborhoods Eastgate
Welcome to Bellevue's Great Neighborhoods Program
The Great Neighborhoods program is the City of Bellevue’s process for developing community-driven, neighborhood plans that strengthen an area’s identity and guide future improvements.
Refine Phase Begins!
Draft policies for the Eastgate neighborhood area plan are available for review. These policies guide how the city invests in programs, facilities, and partnerships to achieve the community’s vision for growth over the next 10-20 years.
Eastgate Draft Policies (May 2026 Public Review Draft)
An online survey was available in May for community members to provide feedback on the draft policies. We heard from over 140 participants on whether draft policies supported the vision and goals for Eastgate. We will publish an engagement report summarizing these results in mid June.

Define Phase Concludes
Over the past two months, community members have shared their thoughts on the draft neighborhood vision, policy ideas and urban design opportunities that are foundational to the draft plan. The planning team is summarizing the input into an engagement report anticipated to be shared later in the spring.
